There's a difference between partial truths and absolute truths.Glitches only happen with imperfect beings who have programmed a impartial world. Reality is far more advanced.

For example:

If what you said was an absolute truth, then meth addicts are doing the right thing by living a life of self destruction in order to experience a high. They base this habit on the experience, or much like the 1700s stated, the earth is really at the center of the universe, and so on...

If what you say is a partial truth, then what you said is true within context, and is a piece of the absolute truth. The earth turns out to in fact be at the center of the universe based around certain conditions as space time is relative, and what represents the center of anything is determined by the observer themself.

Partial truths work if conditions are right.
Absolute truths always work and are not dependent upon any conditions being needed.

Wow, I love where this thread is going.

The lens which was provided in the sample scenario in the first post, pointed to unfinished business which was no longer compatible with the current vibration of the now reality.

The app was a sign/symbol from the universe as to the cause of the glitch, or inabilty to make a smooth transition to the next puzzle.

So once the programmer actively inserts new code or rewrites the program, whether it be something you need to say or do, or release, then that which is seen and experienced can beautifully and wonderfully reset into a 'like' exchange of energy.

It's a mentality shift.. A frame shift.

The majority consensus lives looking at the world through a physical diluted frame that has been taught down to them and broadcasted for them to see through.

One may step out of that outward progression by stepping inwards. The way one does such is by harvesting a warmth within oneself, they grow an intimate connection within themselves.

When one does this, they then view the world from a different mentality. One that's comparative to how it effects their insides. They become the king of their kingdom nourishing their lands rather than taking from them, rather than a peasant within another person's kingdom.

When one believes deeply within this connection, they grow exponentially more faithful of their intuitions, they begin to FEEL when an opportunity in the moment is right for them and FEEL when there is something inside of them that they need to release (stories of the past that hold them down). This all occurs because they are walking on mentalities - frames of the physical world - that others are not able to see because they are subscribed to the linear frame that has been casted upon them as the peasants they are within another person's kingdom.

Incredibly insane things happen all the time when one person wills it to happen with complete faith - not because they're magical.. But because they are willing to accept the fact that their mentality is not the only one available and they can see the world from a different perspective that allows them to do what they are asking to.
- Just like what Albert Einstein said - you can't fix a problem the way it was created.. One must step outside of the physical frame and into the matrix :)
