Experience with seeing Auras

Hi,
I had a strong experience today, as I was seeing aura's of three people seating with me in a lecture room, but for the first time I also saw spirits near them
(just as gold light, I do not see full colours of auras yet).
Is it normal to see the auras just as white/gold light? I have been seeing clear auras all my life, but now (since I started to work on my chakras), I can realised I see them in white and gold light. At times, when the person would move quickly eventually, the light would stay in the same place for a while.
What does that mean? Has anyone had a similar experience?
I can ignore it when I want to, but when I focus on them I see them again.

Apparently, the aura can remain behind (or a portion of it) when we travel fast - as in taking journey's or momentarily in what you saw. When travelling by car or plane (jet lag) it can take time to re-align itself. Grounding and energy work are necessary to re-balance ourselves again..

Never seen aura's. I did have a photo of mine with Kirlian photography in Sedona years ago. Wish I still had that.

I posted some information about how to learn to see the Aura at the post that is labeled, "My Aura".

If you read my response to 'Toll', you will see I gave her a website where I had originally learned to see the Aura and I gave her some 'exercises' to practice so she could become more used to seeing it.

I learned to see the Aura the same day I read about how to see it at:

It took me another few days to begin seeing it in color.


I started seeing dark patches/shading over bodies of people and animals (showing the presence of a health condition or, in some cases, it represents a characterization of that person or animal's personality) after a few days of first seeing the Aura.

Ok, so the whole reason I joined here was to tell of my experience I could not explain when it happened. So one night I was at my friends apartment and my friend and I were leaving. And when we were leaving I saw a glowing blue light that cascaded overtop of some trees that were away from his apartment. I asked him if he seen the light but he told me he had not seen the light, even though he was facing the same way in a car that the light came from. Does anyone know what this could be??? Thank you for your responses.
