Meditation is one way. sitting in silence imagine a force field of pure white light around you. Visualise yourself pushing the vibration up.
I don't have to do that because I am already connected. but if you are starting out it is a good exercise

Ah I’ve been doing that with the white light for years now but I haven’t been pushing it upwards, so I’ll start doing that. Many thanks.

Yes, indeed. When I got this message it was hard for me to digest it mentally and emotionally, all I could "feel" was death.

Idea, maybe think of this cycle of life as just "change", possibly renewal. Maybe, "Movin' on up"! :)

I was asleep but somehow I woke up in this blackness that had a faint shade of golden light, when suddenly I heard my grandma asking me: Are you are asleep?; instantly I woke up and jumped out of my bed looking around if someone was speaking, everyone was asleep, I was the first one to wake up. Not one human voice around.
Then, after few moments of calm I realized that she was not asking me if I am asleep but to wake up, telling me to wake up. Her voice had an urgency to it, first I thought I was having health issues and was unable to wake up and she helped me to wake up but did not make sense. I was doing just fine.
For several days I thought she was talking about me waking up from asleep, you know, to be awake, and then I realized ( after several more realizations ), she was telling me to wake up from this world.

This morning happened again but now was the voice of someone else. What was intriguing is that it felt like coming from the same source that I also heard when my grandma's voice asked me. It felt like it can have any voice it likes, not just my grandma, or this voice that I heard now.
The message was the same: Are you asleep?
