From my perspective Love is Oneness. In this world it is the power of closeness to another, which breaks down the barriers and limits that we assume. Closeness and distance are the same continuum, upon which love, like, dislike and hate are experienced. Hate expresses the distance from oneness. Love expresses the closeness to oneness.
This experience of love is an expression or reflection of Pure Love. I feel that Pure Love is Oneness, beyond the sense of closeness or distance. Pure Love is the heart of our being, like the central hub of the wheel of life. All loves, likes and dislikes we experience in the world are further out from the centre of being, the centre of Oneness.
