I gotta say that I like both of them a lot and kudos to Dave Matthews for writing such a great song.....
But I've gotta give the edge to Willie Nelson. Along with the imagery from the video Willlie nails it as an emotional story of an old man who is near the end of his life and accepting the end....
Personally I think this is a very profound song and Willie really brings that out.
