please help. anyone know anyone or can relate
I was watching some tv relaxing when suddenly I felt overwhelmed with this breeze type coolness illuminating from my chest and it started to travel all over my being. I felt silence and peace. As if I had reache tranquility. It overtook me so much I felt weakened yet relaxed. Ot was too much to bear. I usually feel this throughout but this was intense and overpowering that it made me gasp. Anyone experience this or give opinion on this?

From my similar experience it is a spirit trying to send you a messege of love or that spirit is simply letting you know they there i know what you mean it is an amazing feeling sometimes it over whelmes me but it feels great all the same .

Sometimes after meditating I will feel like a breeze through my brain. Or maybe its like cold water. It feels so good and I take it as a good thing for sure.

People who practice qigong have experiences like this when they're healing from a condition. They say that all disease is caused by an energy blockage, and when you free up that blockage, you may have something beautiful like this happen.
The qigong master I love is named Chunyi Lin. His meditation center is called Spring Forest Qigong.
