Religion is totally different than spirituality. They believe in condemnation. Ipwith spirituality condemnation is an illusion. In religion you see yourself separate from god like "you and I ". With spirituality disunity is an illusion. With spirituality we are all one. All people, nature and god are one. We have a source within. In religion depending on what religion you are talking about, I keep the buddists out of this one. That there is good and bad. Good and evil. When with spirituality you will find out nothing is good of bad. It just "IS". . Time is an illusion with Spirituality. All what we have is the now. The past is past it's memory. The future hasn't happened yet. Now, when your fully present in the now, time dissolves. The over all goal of spirituality and buddism is to be present in the now. in no-mind. Living as your un-manifested self. To feel your own God essence inside. Also with spirituality death is an illusion. Our souls live on forever. In spiritual terms, unless it's not. This all is, unless it's not.

Buddism and spirituality to me are virtually identical. I am a spiritual person and fully believe in the buddists beliefs. Unless it is, its not, unless it is. Once you understand all the 10 illusions then you will understand the "it is, unless it's not"
