You might find " Mindfulness " very good for concentration also Basic Breath Meditation might help you.

I just simply tap my finger and concentrate my awareness on that. Sometimes I use the tick tock sound of a clock.
There shouldn't be that many variances in method it is simple -
Fix your concentration on something, when your concentration wavers, once you notice simply bring it back. After a while concentration will lead to absorption.

Thanks that sounds great and will use that.
I am looking for a meditation that helps me concentrate and be more alert in daily life. Sorry i explained it wrong.
I just don't feel that mindfulness will do that but feel mindfulness is a practice you should do as a spiritual practice rather that a meditation practice but know you can use mindfulness as a good meditation practice but not what i am looking for.
Any good meditation that helps you be more alert in daily life?
