That is true but what I find odd is the shear number of different ways of interpreting what is essentially the same thing.

If we observe children, we can see a lot of similarities in them or in their behaviour. It is only when they grow up that they develope different personalities. Essentially there conciousness is the same.

I think it is exciting and wonderful that we can all interpret differently. It's called freedom!
Are we wrong? No! It's our truth and that is all that matters. It's a hard concept to understand but our Creator is that great.

Each one's reality is different from all the others', and all of them are part of the all-encompassing, infinite, reality. It isn't as much a matter of interpretation of the same, as it is a matter of subjective, unique, creation, that adds, doesn't translate.

The subject of this thread is the incredible diversity and apparent discrepancy of peoples version of reality and their "inner life" in general. I have yet to meet anyone who actually shares their definition of reality with me. Or who sees things the same way.
Why is that?
It is very much like each and every person is their OWN reality....which is different from any other reality. I know the general idea is that there is only ONE reality or God of which we are all part; but my experience seems to indicate otherwise. Literally everyone I meet and get acquainted with is different from anyone else.
Finding any similarity or agreement is a rare occurrence. My suspicion is that everyone is a unique reality within themselves.......

This is because each person's individual perception is as unique as their fingerprints, even if another agrees with certain aspects of the perception. God exists beyond ALL realities, concepts and limited human perceptions.
Most judge other people's behaviours and opinions based upon their own "inner dictionaries" of definitions according to emotions, experiences and cognitive biases.
For example, one person may dislike another, for whatever reason they have and the disliked person may not know why...they may have just "looked the wrong way" at them...but they attempt to be nice to the other person anyway...Just making them a cup of tea or something because they are having one...only to be scowled at with a " what do YOU want?" when they don't want anything.
Somebody may raise their tone in emphasis, another will say they are "shouting"..
God only knows the number of times I have been misjudged and/or misunderstood by others and if there were any actual consistency to these misjudgments, I would probably take notice...only to have others say "other people know you better than you know yourself" and I "know myself" bloody well...enough to say " no, you have got me all wrong" only to get "no I haven't" back as the reply..and so, me being ME, of course I am going to have the final word about myself...because other people are not me.
Also, if I changed to suit other people's ideas or expectations of me, I won't be ME anymore...and other people change their minds like every 5 minutes anyway...I would go stark raving mad...So this is why I am totally inflexible when it comes to changing my personality...unless it comes from deep within ME, irrespective of anybody else.
I hope this answers your question.

Honza, hello there. I agree each person comprises a unique perspective on reality. At the point of maximum individuation (like here in our incarnated existence), there is an infinity of perspective. This is not a bad thing, so long as there is overlap or recognition of the worth and parity of everyone else's right to be (and to have their own perspective).
There's something else, as well. Although in our incarnated experience of individuated consciousness, we cannot maintain Oneness or merging into Oneness for long, nonetheless it is possible to share soul space with others. Depending on resonance or closeness and on mutual agreement. Easier with some than with others but possible and deeply affirming.
This doesn't mean they'll agree with you on everything (or anything in particular), necessarily. Though with some there is a deep closeness and much deep commonality or resonance. But it always means that you are loved and accepted as you are. In the truest sense of agape. And IMO you will find that you feel the same thing.
So if we all can agree on the basic worth and right of each one of us to our own highest good (to exist and to self-actualise and to be and do and speak our truth) whilst also actively seeking and supporting the highest good of others equally to our own selves....then IMO we'll find the core commonalities will begin to emerge much more strongly.
And all the misdirection, biases, prejudices, and hatreds will begin to fall away more sharply. These are the core disagreements which give rise to all others. And first and foremost they seem to involve the most basic hatred, which is the denial of others' right both to exist and to be recognised as fully human as we are.
Peace & blessings
