Gibberish Meditation of Sufi sage Jabbar
Gibberish Meditation was created by the sufi sage Jabbar. The technique is to say whatever comes in one's mind without restraint. I have done it a couple of times and found it relaxing and useful.
Of course, it is always better to do it alone or in solitude without anyone in earshot.
