Spiritual exhaustion?

I assumed it was spiritual exhaustion from sending so much energy out. Was this the case?

On the bright side though, they forgave me!

I think you're basically telling us that it's 'spiritual exhaustion', and without any information other than what you've said, there is no reason to assume another possible cause.
