Electric lighting patrica telesco
Hey everyone :)
Okay so in Patricia telesco's book, Exploring Candle magick (candles, charms and rituals) she writes "last but not least we will be talking about electric lighting. Why? because this is the modern version of a candle, and because not every home or setting is suited to candle magick, this is a viable option for techno-witches everywhere. This section will give a whole new meaning to 'light your life'."
This is found in the introduction near the end of the chapter where she talks about what she will be addressing in her book. Before this quote she talks about candle burning s for holidays.
I wanted to know what her method or way of working with electronic candles in magick is, because I find battery operated prayers had a higher success rate than me using regular candles. (I know weird eh? LOL)
However I cannot find anywhere in any of the sections where she talks about electric lighting. I was curious to see her methods and in take. Would any of you know where in the book (if you own it or can see it) where it may be.
Thanks! I may not be looking hard enough!
Thanks !

No, sorry, I don't have her book but usually in the firs one or two pages of a book there's an address given for the author for you to contact them. Try asking her.
I find it surprising that you would do better with the electric candles than the real candles.....but hey....whatever works...right!
