I keep seeing something weird

Hey everyone have not been here in a while. But what i keep seeing ever few days is a glitery white light above my head for only a secound. About as big as a basketball and about 3 feet above my head. Any info would be helpful..

It sounds like you are seeing your crown chakra aura.

Are you focusing on your head in a mirror? Allowing your vision to blur?

You could also be awakening to the energies that are always around us. You are on this board, so you are looking for answers. You are opening up to many possibilities now.

Our energies continue past our immediate energy field (aura) as we are energetically connected to the rest of our extended energy field. You may be perceiving these. The often discussed 7 chakras are the main body chakras of our physical body. It is reasonable that our nonphysical body has many other such chakras.

As we begin to perceive these energies we will be aware of them in various ways. Those who are visually oriented will see them, others will intuit them. TRUST your perception.
