I've ate alot of bananas but I still battle depression and binge eating. I take pills for it really.

Odd son.
A long time ago, someone showed me how to peel them by grasping the bottom so as to pull out that nasty little black spike right away. We girls were eating them like there was no tomorrow at work, last month. They are a healthy snack.
