Seriously if anyone having trouble with this ,Chi-gong ,or qui-gong is so
amazing ,its helping me so so much, you can do it standing or sitting ,I do
sitting ones where you just focus your breath on the lower dan tien ,as you
finish you lift your arms up over your head gathering heavenly chi and place
them on the dantien ,right on first for women and left for men ...........anyway
Ive always been a space cadet and this is just beyond cool to be grounded on
earth...love it..........
