Great! There are lots of Adya's videos on Youtube, his book 'The End of Your World' might also be worth a look for you, it's about life after awakening (you can read a sample of the book in that link if you want, to get a sense of what it's like).

OP, you are doing great with your spiritual awakening by not going into anger when you see “bad” things happening to others.
Empathy is good, and compassion is even better.
Being compassionate we don’t take on the pain and suffering of others, and instead we remain peaceful and joyful but with an innate yearning to physically or telepathically help to uplift those in despair, pain, and suffering.
It is too much for one person to help everyone in need. So follow our intuition as to whom or when to help. We have many other spiritual teammates, each with a different set of human experiences, knowledge, and wisdom to more efficiently help certain people in certain situations.
Don’t exhaust ourselves by trying to help every person in trouble. Because exhaustion will bring anger and frustration.
Then it is much harder for us to uplift others when we have become part of the problem.
Spiritual awakening is awakening to what we truly are that is multi-dimensional beyond our corporeal 3d/4d body and that our true nature is love, compassion, benevolence, and joy.
The more multi-dimensional we become, the more access we have to our huge personal library of Earthly and cosmos knowledge, wisdom, and truths stored in the “junk” part of our DNA. And love is the most powerful and highest vibration multi-dimensional energy.
By design, the more love we have in heart and mind the more understanding we will have of why things are unfolding the way they are from seeing the bigger picture.
Then we will react with less anger, hatred, and judgement to the “bad” things we see. And instead we will begin to calmly see everything from a benevolent perspective, complaining less and blaming less with a greater passion to uplift those who don’t have love, peace, joy, and gratitude yet.
All the best!
