Directional Exercise
A simple newbie (or not) teqnique to start utlizing the power of the mind.
Pretend that some meters in front of you there's a current flowing from below the earth to the sky.(Imagine it as red light-particles if you want)You can't see it physicaly but you know it's there.Then step into it and stay there for a while.In your mind,you're standing into this flow.
Step out,and then enter again.Do it as many times you want until you start to 'feel' something.
You can do the same by reversing the flow from up to down.(you can imagine it as white light)
