He did a whole lot of sessions last months. 5 days. Then a few days without, then another set of 5 days was announced, and again.
I did some 3 sets of 5 days and got a lot out of it. It'd been years, I didn't feel called for a long time and suddenly I did :)
You do have to follow more gazings a day to get something out of it. If you just do one it won't do much.
I sometimes love doing them all for 5 evenings on end (13x) as you then really get in another vibration and often release a lot too.
I often end up crying, not because of sadness, but out of love.
Last time I often felt things happen in my body. I had not had that before!
