Oh thanks it doesn’t really interfere with my life, I still read my books, cook, write etc. what helped me was just giving into it, I spent so much time suppressing it and pushing it away that it kind of exhausted me a lot and seemed to grow stronger. Just saying to him ok here’s how I feel, just freed me up a lot and now I feel I can just move on.
