So what is your fear, facing those emotions again or getting emotional in public?
Start off real small, you don't want to overwhelm yourself and put yourself off, and if it's being upset in public that's a fear maybe think about when and where your going, as soon as the sun comes out certain places become busy but can be very very quiet on those wet or cloudy days and are often quieter in the evening too.
I think you should definitely go out tomorrow :)
