Yep. My dad slow cooks ribs in the oven at least every other week and one thing you will notice is the tons of greese that comes out of them. The BBQ will make for sure make it splendid. He cooks them for a good 3-4 hours ( 325-350 i think dont take my word on it) and leaves them in the oven over night at warm-ish temp ( he sleeps late) Major slow cook, but so tender and meat slips off just right .. Oh I am hungry now We love putting corn on the cob , hot dogs, sausages it all slow cooks just right.
