We do have a rule on the site about drug discussion but I will allow this question. I do not feel it has anything to do with substances more its that conscious and unconscious side of you that puts forth the thoughts.
Sex is energy and it in the act of having it is physical in the demands it puts on the body. Maybe focus that energy into something else, like going for a bike ride or a walk ?
We are sexual beings, but that does not define all that we are. You are the one putting yourself in the Three Ring Circus as you hold the power to re focus the intensions from experience you have.
