Thoughts are things, you become what you think. An unoccupied mind, listening and viewing all that stuff is just fuelling the 'darkness' within you.

Have you tried meditation or 'mindfulness'? It might help you find inner calm.

You need to listen to different types of music, and watch different material on the Internet, maybe even disconnect altogether!

Exercise! Burns off a lot of pent up energy and emotions.

Keep your mind occupied and focused. Keep busy. Read. Maybe take up painting or crafts, both require total concentration.

I don't believe you are under attack from demons! 'Inner demons' (they're not real) maybe, but not actual demons!

Persevere with the professional treatment and the medication though. They don't always get things right! (to be fair, these things are seldom black and white) but they are the ones best placed to help you.

And the CBT. It doesn't work for everyone, but it deserves a full try.
