my 4th chakra, my heart is blocked. i keep seeing two inverted triangles when i meditate. i believe i was seeing the 4th chakra symbol which is two inverted triangles that look like the star of david. i think i need to make more positive connections with people and learn to love myself, then i can better connect with the spirit world, and possibly open up my third eye.
also if your heart chakra is blocked will you feel energy from heart chakra stones?
