It is only through meditation and the insights it has afforded me over these last few decades that i first became aware of a SELF within me, a SELF that contained this whole universe within its absolute infinite bosom.

Just finding and awakening into my soul realization i thought at first that i had arrived, That this was the icing on the cake, then It dawned on me that this was in fact just the beginning of a process that will gradually open out into a whole new understanding of the SELF and the gradual disappearance of the "I" into the AM.
