well it seems like
the lesson for this week
is
to deal with a very negative self image
without getting mad
at the people imposing it.
(and for the record
and in light of recent posts
on this thread
this comment
has more to do
with my IRL experience
than it does
crude comments
made herein
although one could make the argument
that the two reflect each other
)
Anywho
seems like
a negative self image
seems so very unsettling
because socially
who wants to be seen in a negative light?
as a misfit?
who dares see themselves that way?
who wont fight to right that wrong?
we are all taught
we should have
much better things
than that
vanity
but beyond the social aspects
which unfortunately
never seem
to work out for a me
anyway
all this seems
somewhat entertaining...

to me,
god seems clever
hiding enormous treasures
in very plain sight
and yet convincing the people
the treasures are but dung on a dungheap
by marking anyone who even looks
in their general direction
as if they were socially outcast.
well the bible did say
god made the lower,
to confound the wise
and also
the great seals of revelation
had to be built somehow
have you a better way?
what better thing to do
to make people stop doing something
than to make them think
they will be
entirely cast out
from relationships with others
if they dare the unthinkable?
guess I now know
how a lot of things work.
