Remember never spit it into any plumbing! I got tired of the 'pulling'...now I put coconut oil on my toothbrush - what a clean feel. :)
Ha -tomorrow is my dentist appt for cleaning. I'll be doing that
with a bit of Turmeric to make them way whiter....for the day.
