RV Mars - it's very apparent why we would make a 'known/advertised' landing there. It's not frequency fenced. It also has a breathable atmosphere unlike the moon. It's equivalent to about 10,000-12,000 feet elevation. So no marathon running, but certainly livable for those not susceptible to pulmonary edema.
