From what I haver seen, the Chakra and Aura do not 'create' pain. They reflect what is going on in the body. For example, if a person has a headache, they can find a 'reflection' of that in the Aura. They can move it in the Aura so the person experiences the headache somewhere else, or they can get rid of 'it' in the Aura and the headache disappears.
As for the Chakras, from what I have seen, very few people have physically seen Chakras let alone have done much 'work' on the Chakras. It seems, the emphasis is on the Aura.
