I think they come by when they can assist a person. They also can come when called upon with respect.
Archangel Uriel is Love - he implanted a geometric device in my heart. But first he proved to me who and what he was. This was energetic.
After that quite powerful experience I went to google Archangels to find out more about Uriel. I found a lady on youtube talking about him and she hit on each quality I experienced while with him. It was spot on !
Archangel Michael was the first to come to me (decades ago) and he also planted something inside me - in my spinal column.
