I had a difficult dream last night, there's been several of these - they come soon after going to sleep when I know higher knowledge is sending them 'to teach me' same time when I get instructions - well last night after several over recent months I got it right, as soon as it was at a difficult 'moment' I said the words I'd been drumming into my head - I said is this a dream, then the words came to mind, of course it is - and lucid, then out of it phew, got it right at last... Been a while since lucid dreaming, ive been busy.
So the freezing of random arm/leg during early hours has stopped now - because 'I know' - apart from for example this morning a slight tensing of left leg as in to listen or approve of my night in this case or it can be of day before, or just to say Hi 'or' instructions.
This morning after the tensing I witnessed gentle roar roar and energy going all the way down my spine, gorgeous it was - and 2 nights recently when walking little dog a gorgeous warmth behind my neck... The first time I had to put my hood up as it was raining, and I thought i'd left my coat by the radiator at first though, but of course the heating hadn't been on as its summer here.
The Holy Spirit came to me the other night, and this is not to brag 'its telling it how it is' - so we learn together in this 'complicated' world... I said to my wife the next morning 'did you hear my tummy rumbling' as we we're getting to sleep - yes she said, I told her I had a visit, she knows what I mean now - she's now on side.
So as my body could be charged with high quality energy from all the contacts and instructions from a high level, I was thinking seriously recently about doing healing local, might release a bit and do good - so I emailed my local Spiritual Church last week - saying about energy contact healing, and for me everything works perfect, but low on mental/physical energy and Ive been getting stress 'energy' across my forehead, right across, and at the top sometimes, which shouldn't be happening with my God given knowledge with my research - and ive been grounding and chakra balancing.
I had emailed my local one, saying some of the above - and do you have a healing specialist you can put me in touch with, but I had a reply saying you've come through to head office and they will forward it over - several days later after no reply, I sent another email to this lady, saying this is my website -

So we'll see... I have a pic on the website now of a little girl hugging a lion - this has meaning, God saying be free child to learn - and be kind...
