Each person or soul knows why they came to Earth. Karma dictates what they themselves gave created. However when they feel the yield is right they can ask God for help in any given situation that they are going through. Each soul will determine when that time is necessary in their life. We can fix our own life with hope and a change of attitude on our part. If we don't, then we will have the same rut to walk in. We always have choices to be a light to others or wring our hands and complain about an on just world. Soul and it's choices has given us the world as it exists today. To be on a spiritual path is to walk in the light. The blessings come from the light of God period.
