Wow it's been long. Last time I posted I'd been training a month. I've since qualified as a personal trainer and run a franchise service at a large commercial gym. Now the gyms are closed due to c-19, so there's that.
I can post the relecent things here, but it's the internet and no one has reason to believe me more that the next fool, but because c-19 left me with idle time, I've taken to long rants online, so not I'm going to make ridiculously detailed replies which will bore you to tears.
