I'm not very good with self love so this is hard for me but I'll try.
1. I love that I'm naturally mindful when out in nature
2. I love that I like to help people, and have the opportunity to do so
3. I love that listening to music is such an emotional experience for me
4. I love that I try to be a generally kind and compassionate person
5. I love that I am constantly trying to better myself
6. I love that I've taken control over my body, eating, and health, and have lost most of the weight I've gained and am now working on having a stronger and more capable body
