Hi.
I tend to use a casket box working. I ring a bell over a small box containing grounding stone chips, to call negative energy into the box daily.
A casket box working is used traditionally to put things to rest.
It is a longer term method and can be used frequently.
I also use protective spell jars, one of which uses thread. And at times use protective stones.
