The only channelling I have done is with another person whether in person or on line. It's kind of fun, actually. We both imagine an object, then send that thought out. Sometimes we're dead on, and sometimes we get caught up in what we think the object is rather than what it is.

The other kind was with my friend/teacher. We sat across from each other. After a prayer calling for one of her loved ones who has gone on, we would then wait. At some point, I inevitably felt like I was spinning (really cool), and then I'd see various images. Before she passed, I successfully identified three of her loved ones. One remains a mystery. Two were utter failures. And, of course, she identified my loved ones every time (she was quite the master).
