I moved away from a bad neighborhood where people messed with me all the time and moved to a good town where no one messed with me - and I got a lot better -- just being around good people helps a lot - now I'm back around evil people and I'm getting worse again
I am schizophrenic but actually quite normal - I just don't like to be around evil people -- I hear voices but they aren't bad or anything
the anxiety definitely went away when I move to a better place with descent people
I take medication to sleep -- that helps -- it's supposed to make me hear voices less --- but I just take it so I can sleep
