I see your job is and I quote from your profile 'I work with the Mentally Ill. As a Respite consultant' - are you still doing this work this week or recently... I ask because all the people you are helping will be low vibrational energy with trauma they are going through, and then some of that low energy from those people then 'transfers' to you, lowering 'your' vibrational 'vibes' energy, that in my opinion opens the door to hearing unwanted voices...
