Hello there,
I have found success with Daily Practice at 4:00am (with a blanket on the floor), with affirmations, meditation and a motion-based technique to induce separation.
Or having a natural awakenning in the middle of the night, to then apply a motion based technique really quickly.
The big thing is to do it Daily. It's like any skill, you have to do it repeatedly until you get competent at it.
At the beginning is hard/scary/weird, but then it's just a blast of having a lot of fun "living 2 lives" at the same time.
