Here's an affirmation that served me well.I'll post it to the affirmation section as well.

It came naturaly,while i was contamplating to be shown a solid way of banishing.

''there's no space for them'.

For example if you want to banish an entity,you imagine that your affirmation will remove the space from it.Then you just know that it's impossible to exist or get at you when there's no space for it to be.
The subconsious will do the rest for you.

You can imagine that space as your mind space,emotional sphere,your room,etc.Any space you can think off.

If you want to banish that monster you mentioned,you imagine it inside your body,and you say the affirmation knowing that there's no longer space for it inside your body.

Claim your space.No b i t c h allowed to enter it.It's only yours.
