Moderating is a very stressfyl job. And usually very thankless. sometimes I see staffon a facebook group getting grief as if it is wrong of them to do their hobs even when they are doing it right. A thank you can help preserve sanity. I am glad to see there is so mych support for the staff here. It is a good thread to come back to whenever you might feel like pulling out your hair dyring a dfficylt time Thank you for thanking staff. And thanks to the staff. I;m newish but you myst be doing a fantastic job.
