Between two heartbeats ...
The pause between the inward & outward breath
Likewise between the outward & inward breath
Blinking of the eye
Pre-dawn to light of dawn
and likewise dusk transitioning to darkness of night
Pause in munching or chewing and so savouring food
The gulp between two intakes of water
The time between identification of the itch and the scratch
The surge & cessation of memory drawn anticipation
The space between the here and the coordinate of light reflection
The oscillation between thought, emotion & cognition
Dissolving in the gap ... any gap ... gaps being plentiful, opportunities bountiful ... further variety of gaps we may also create with attention still & sedate ...
We may find That that does abound, in, within and all around
