P.S. I wouldn't be at all surprised to find out that 'lucid dreams' were your spirit guide's of showing/teaching you that your
soul exists aside from (i.e. 'out' of the 'confines') of your 'normally' perceived life. Having one
realize one's own 'lucidity' 'out of' the 'confines' of one's 'dream' may(?) be one's guide's way of 'teaching' one something
by way of 'illustration'. (I have had such dreams myself, a while ago now they were.)
