How to recognize the Physical and the Upper Physical Realm?

Like in my livingroom was the Physical Realm...if i would have got out of body?

I once went through a tunnel of stars very fast out of body (?) (but that was not in a dream, but i was aware and awake)....that must have been towards the Upper Physical Realm?
