There can be many reasons why dreams feel more real than the physical world. Here is some things I noticed: Your description of things seem very detailed and there seem to be some distrust towards certain kind of physical appearances. How do you engage in the physical world? Sometimes dreams seem more real because we engage in them more wholehearted than our physical life. Just some thoughts...
