The thing of it is (1) that 'head' is 'mental' = 'seeing' (perception) =
not e-motion-al.

People
are indeed (as stated in your poem)
able (
if they so
choose, that is)
to attain 'mastery' (that is, to
become the 'Captain' of their heart's ship)
by focusing their
head's 'attention' on and thereby 'discerningly' heart-
electing to
optimize and
augment their
heart's Love and Joy process.
'Attention flow'
doesn't then just 'start', however. The flow of perceptions and ideas of one's 'head'
was, is, and always will be operational. It just 'starts'
then being heart-'focused' in a 'disciplined' way so as to
enable said 'heart' to break up of the 'prison' of its
prior conditioning and electively
evolve further by making
better choices in
so as to optimize and
augment its
Love and Joy process.
