I've been (mostly) an early yo bed early to rise kinda guy my entire life!
Early morning has always been my favorite time of day......I love to get up at 5:30 6:00 am everyday....make a cup of coffee and go sit out back and watch the sun come up over the Gulf of Mexico while watching Fox and Friends on Fox News channel.
