Upon signing up to the forum you are able to post threads and reply to the threads. However, newbie users do not have the ability to edit their profile, add an avatar, post links or have a signature. After being a member for 14 days and making 15 posts you will have access to all the normal functions of the forum. To know if you are a newbie user it will say so underneath your user name.
