I have been told that I have my K awakened and it is months that I am trying to understand my situation.

I cannot read, or do much work (I am a web designer) or it causes a lot of energy to go up and I can feel my third eye pulsating even with my eyes opened.
I have read about the symptoms and I wouldn't say I have all of them, but I guess some of the symptoms, like the body shaking are symptoms of partial awakening.

Edy... I think it's safe to say that very few people on the planet have fully developed kundalini. I suspect those who believe their kundalini awakening was "full blown" mean it was very intense and went all through their body and chakras.

In my view, kundalini and our other energy flows evolve gradually over years of time, with the first phases usually the most noticeable and disturbing.
