One more thing to say ScientificExplorer, I now meditate during the day. That I mean when I am doing things such as walking, typing, washing up etc. I meditate. I am making an effort to be more mindful while I am meditating. I will not do it while I am driving. By doing that it should be easier to practice ap as I will be able to lie down for a longer time. After a while it can get boring. When that happens ap is unlikely to happen. I also listen to the sounds of rain. I find it helps to get my mind relaxed. I was listening to it yesterday afternoon and it helped me to relax a lot. If I was more alert I think I could have ap. I was not tired. The better I am with meditating I find the easier it is to ap.
